Reacting to BJP Councilor, Camilo Barretto’s demand for his resignation from office, Margao Municipal Chairperson Damu Shirodkar has said his fate lies in the hands of BJP leaders, including Margao MLA Digambar Kamat and former Fatorda MLA Damu Naik.
“I have nothing to comment on what Camilo Barretto has said or demanded. He is my colleague Councilor in the Margao Civic body. If he has said that I should step down from office, my leaders from Margao and Fatorda will take a decision”, Damu added.
