The monthly magazine 'Shiva Gyan' will be launched by Param Pujya Bhaiyyaji at the Shiva Science Meditation Ashram in Dhamse, Sattari, on Saturday, October 10, at 5.30 pm. According to a press release issued by the magazine’s editor, Dr Namrata Redkar, the event will be attended by Sagar Jawadekar, editor of Tarun Bharat Goa; Vijay D’Souza, editor of The Navhind Times; Pandurang Gaonkar, editor of Goan Varta; and Sanjay Panulekar, programme officer at All India Radio’s Panaji station.
Senior journalist Abhay Joshi, who has worked with various media organisations in Goa for many years and is currently associated with Doordarshan, will be felicitated at the event. The magazine aims to promote spiritual thought and values through its publications and contribute to providing society with a new direction, the release stated.
