PANAJI
The Directorate of Art and Culture will organise the 25th Lokotsav 2026, a national-level festival of folk arts, handicrafts and cuisines, from January 20 to 29 at Darya Sangam, Kala Academy campus, Panaji.
The festival will be inaugurated on January 20 at 6.30 pm by the Chief Minister in the presence of the Union Minister of State for Power and New and Renewable Energy, the Minister for Art and Culture, and the Secretary of Art and Culture.
Lokotsav will feature folk art performances, traditional handicrafts and regional cuisines from different parts of the country.
