3% DA hike for Govt employees

PANAJI 

In line with the Central government, the Goa Government has announced a 3% increase in Dearness Allowance (DA) for its employees and those of Grant-in-Aid with effect from July 1. 

Has such, the DA benefit is increased from 50% to 53% of basic pay. An Office Memorandum in this regard was issued. 

Employees will receive the increased DA rate starting from November 2024, along with arrears for the month of October.
