63-year-old pedestrian injured in Goa Velha mishap

AGASSAIM: A 63-year-old pedestrian from Goa Velha was injured after he was knocked down by an unidentified four-wheeler at Goa Velha bypass road.

According to Agassaim Police, the four-wheeler was proceeding from Zuari to Panaji when it dashed pedestrian, Nolasco Almeida, due to which he sustained grievous injuries to his leg and head. The driver fled with the vehicle. Police is investigating the case.
