8 more Covid deaths recorded in State

PANAJI

A total of eight Covid-related deaths were recorded in Goa on Friday, including a 51 year-old from Fatorda with no comorbidities, who lost his life within 9 hours of being admitted at the hospital.

While six of the deaths occurred at Goa medical College and Hospital in Bambolim, two were recorded at Hospicio in Margao, a 70 year-old man from Fatorda was brought dead at the hospital. 

The other deceased persons include an 80 year-old woman from Benaulim, a 78 year-old woman from Ponda, a 73 year-old woman from Mayem, a 72 year-old man from Bardez, a 60 year-old man from Savoi-Verem and a 55 year-old woman from Sancoale. All these patients suffered from prior comorbid conditions.
