"The Chief Minister has malafidely and very high-handedly been repeatedly wrongly accusing the Bombay High Court at Goa of having directed that the sixth off shore casino owned by Golden Globe Hotels be allowed," Rodrigues said in his letter to the Administrative Judge.
"The official records clearly demonstrate that it was the Goa Government that has permitted the sixth casino after officially receiving Rs 44 crore," Rodrigues said.
"It is very inappropriate for the Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar who now stands cornered and exposed to attempt to push the buck and falsely blame this honourable court for a wrongful act committed by the BJP," Rodrigues said.
Rodrigues in his letter pointed out that in the past Parrikar had to apologise to the High Court with regard to a casual observation Parrikar had made about judges.
