The Bombay High Court at Goa too while disposing a petition filed by Trajano D’Mello had ruled that the allotment was illegal and that the land should be restored to its original condition.
Srinet Kotwale who has been appointed as inquiry officer by the Government to probe various irregularities pertaining to the Serula Comunidade was deposing in the cheating and land grab case against then Tourism Minister Dilip Parulekar.
Judge Agha will now on May 8 hear arguments by Adv Aires Rodrigues and decide whether process should be issued against Parulekar and the other two accused Peter Martins, then attorney of Comunidade of Serula and Irene Sequeira, then Administrator of Comunidade of Bardez.
