Bail application rejected of Executive Engineer, Goa University

Was nabbed receiving a bribe of â‚¹50,000 from a housekeeping contractor.

District and Sessions court, Panaji rejected the bail application of Amit Srivastava, Executive Engineer of Goa University who was arrested by Anti Corruption Branch while accepting a bribe of â‚¹50,000 from a housekeeping contractor.

Amit Srivastava posted at the engineering and technical service division of Goa University was nabbed by the officials of the Anti Corruption Branch following the complaint of Gopi Peket. Srivastava had made an illegal demand of bribe from Hema Sundar Reddy owner of Panorama Enterprises housekeeping agency.
