The Colva police on Sunday brought two of the four accused involved in the cold-blooded murder of the young doctor from Bihar Dr Nirwan Bharat at Betalbatim last week.
Colva police station in-charge PI Theron D’Costa informed that the police on Sunday brought to Goa from Rajasthan the accused cook Simanchal Parida, a native of Odisha and Shahid Khan, a native of Shivaji Park, Dadar-Mumbai.
He said the remaining two accused will be brought to Goa in a day or two, saying the Colva police team is presently in Rajasthan to get all the four accused to Goa.
After the police team arrived at Colva with the two accused persons, they were taken for medical examination. PI Theron said the duo will be produced before the Magistrate Court for remand on Monday.
