Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Wednesday said the newly inaugurated Birla Radha Krishna Temple will be one of the tourist attractions in the country.
Sawant was present for the inauguration ceremony of the Birla Radha Krishna temple at the Bits Pilani campus along with the Birla Family, Param Poojya Shankaracharya Ji Swami Shri Avi Mukteshwaranand Saraswati Ji, Panchayats Minister Mauvin Godinho, Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar, Sancoale Acting Sarpanch Girish Pillai and other dignitaries.
“The Birla group has constructed one of the best temples at Zuarinagar and this temple will definitely be one of the biggest temples in India and one of the most-visited temples across the state,” said Sawant.
Panchayats Minister Mauvin Godinho congratulated the Birla Group for having constructed the Radha Krishna Temple.
“The entire face of Zuarinagar has changed with this temple, which will be included in the tourist map of Goa,” said Godinho.
