The Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) will beautify the temple premises of Brahmadeva at Brahmakarmali-Nagargao in Sattari.
Stating this, GTDC Chairperson Dayanand Sopte said the tender has been issued by the government and work will start soon.
The Brahmadeva temple at Brahmakarmali is the only temple in the State which is dedicated to Lord Brahma and it draws people from all over the State during the annual Brahmotsav at the temple in December.
On Monday, Sopte visited the temple and later interacted with the Devasthan committee on the proposed beautification work.
Nagargao Panchayat Sarpanch Prashant Marathe, Panch Member Parag Khadilkar Devasthan Committee Chairman Sakharam Desai and others were present on the occasion.
Desai thanked Sopte for getting the temple beautification work sanctioned by the GTDC.
