A tempo truck rammed into compound wall at Siolim and fell in a private property after its brake failed on Tuesday morning.
Fortunately, the driver jumped out of the vehicle but sustained minor injuries.
The tempo was proceeding towards Siolim-Marna.
On reaching the Housing Board slope, the driver applied brakes to avoid an oncoming two-wheeler the brakes failed resulting in the mishap.
The driver Anil Kumar jumped out of vehicle in the nick of time. Police conducted the panchanama and later removed the vehicle.
