Her mangalsutra valued around Rs 1.5 lakh, besides bracelets, rings, chains were all lifted away. rDattaraj Kamat told The Goan that miscreants managed to decamp with cash of Rs 30,000 from his apartment, besides gold ornaments comprising of earrings, chains, etc, while Akshada A Kumar claimed that miscreants lifted away chains, rings, besides Rs 5000 from her house. r A local resident Pritam Chari said that the burglars have targeted the apartments which was closed. “They have ransacked the houses before lifting the booty. The miscreants locked other apartments from outside before executing their mission,” he said.
