The Cuncolim police has arrested a 40-year-old, resident of Indranagar-Chimbel in a theft case reported at a bar & restaurant at Cuncolim market.
The theft was reported on December 13 when the bar & restaurant owner Rahul Dessai stated that an unknown accused person committed theft of cash and liquor bottles all worth Rs 1.30 lakh and decamped with the same.
On December 20, the Cuncolim police arrested one Nasir Irfan Madnoli, aged 41 years, a painter by occupation in connection with the case.
The police is investigating.
