Clafacio was addressing the media after a review meeting with officials of various departments at the government rest house here on Friday.
He told the media that construction of Chandor flyover at the railway crossing would be his priority, adding that people of Chandor, Guirdolim and other areas will resort to a rail roko if the govt does not respond to their pending demand within a month or two.
