Congress leaders on Friday gave a call to the people to unite and fight against the injustices meted to the common man by the ruling dispensation.
The call was given at a programme organised by Curtorim Congress leader Moreno Rebello at Curtorim on the occasion of the Birth anniversary of Babasaheb Ambedkar on Friday.
Congress leaders including South Goa district president Savio D’Silva, party treasurer Orville Dourado, Olencio Simoes, Curtorim ZP member Michele Rebello, Curtorim block Congress chief Mila Fernades and others attended the function.
Moreno told the people that the only way injustices can be stopped in Goa and the country is to bring Congress back to power.
He urged the people to remain united and rally behind the Congress party to defeat the BJP in the Lok Sabha polls.
