The Colva police arrested two persons -- Valerian Fernandes of Benaulim and Satish Kumar -- for arranging a bull fight and booked them for subjecting the animals to cruelty and negligently endangering human lives near Zalor beach, Carmona, on Friday evening. They were later released on bail.
