Delta Infralogistics Worldwide Ltd (DIWL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Mormugao Port Authority (MPA) for the operation and maintenance of Berths 10 and 11 on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) basis for a period of 30 years.
According to sources in MPA, the MoU was signed and exchanged at the recent Global Maritime India Summit 2023 in Mumbai.
“The MOU was signed and exchanged in the presence of Union Shipping Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and Union Minister of State for Shipping Shripad Naik. The MoU was exchanged between DIWL Chairman Ahmed Mohiuddin and MPA Dy Chairman Guruprasad Rai in the presence of MPA Dy Traffic Manager Jerome Clement, DIWL Director Shamil Ahmed and DIWL Vice President Raghoba Kotkar.”
