Devidas Pangam is new AG

PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has chosen Devidas Pangam to be the Advocate General of Goa.
Sawant's choice was approved by the cabinet at its meeting on Monday. He replaces the incumbent Advocate General Dattaprasad Lawande who held the State's top law officer's position since 2014.
Pangam hails from Sanquelim which is represented by Sawant.
