Drama workshop held at Vasco
PANAJI: Ravindra Bhawan, Baina, Vasco conducted a 20-day theatre workshop from April 17 to May 7, which saw 50 participations in the age group of 6 to 20 years. The resource person was Afsar Hussain, who was assisted by Gotam Gavde and Ankita Sawant.
Young actors got the opportunity to develop their leadership skill, strengthen self esteem and confidence courage and powers of expression through two play Vijay Tendulkar’s 'Boby' and 'Jungle Kell.' The children were taught to use their mind and body to express meaningfully.
The final show of both plays 'Boby' was directed by Afsar Hussain and choreographed by Mamta Hussain and 'Jungle Khell' was directed by Gotam Gavde. Music for both plays was handled by Ankita Sawant.
