Dudhsagar opens for tourists

Jeep service from Collem also starts

Goa iconic waterfall, Dudhsagar was reopened for tourists amids much fafair on Friday. A special jeep service from Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary in Collem to the waterfall was also inaugurated. Member of Parliament Vinay Tendulkar, MLA Deepak Pauskar and Collem sarpanch were in attendance of the event. Last year around 2 lakh tourists had availed of the jeep service.

MAPUSA The Goa Police on Thursday evening suspended Police Constable Vijay Naik attached to Mapusa Police Station, in connection with the recent Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) drugs raid debacle in Arambol. SP North Chandan Choudhary issued the order suspending the police constable for not following procedures while assigning duty staff.
