According to a notice issued on September 19, 2025, the seized properties include land and houses in Anjuna, Assagao, Parra, Nerul, Calangute, Verna, and a flat in Margao.
In a separate case, the ED also took possession of a bungalow in Taleigao, valued at over Rs 51 lakh, along with two additional properties in Verna, Salcete, with an estimated value of more than Rs 36 lakh.
The Directorate has directed that all attached properties remain intact and cannot be transferred, mortgaged, or disposed of without prior approval.
