Ponda MLA Lavu Mamledar has appealed to parents to encourage their children to play sports, which promotes good health.

On the occasion, Mamledar also launched the work of constructing retaining wall in the area.

“Constructing the retaining wall was very important. Hence, the work is taken up on priority,” he said.
