The Maina-Curtorim police have registered an first information report (FIR)against four accused persons for committing theft of safe locker containing cash of Rs 93,571 inside the Nexa showroom, Arlem-Raia.
Upon a complaint lodged by Savio Araujo, resident of Borda, Fatorda, that on January 5, between 02.00 hrs to 04.30 hrs inside the Nexa Showroom, next to RTO office, Arlem, Raia, four accused persons effected entry inside the Nexa showroom by break opening the wire mesh fencing and further committed theft of safe locker which contained cash of Rs 93,571.
The Maina-Curtorim police have registered an offence under section 305(a), 331(4) r/w 3(5) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) of 2023. Further investigation is conducted by Police Sub-Inspector, Sanket S Naik.
