In yet another case of kidnapping of minors in the Margao police sub-division, two minors have been kidnapped from Navelim in the jurisdiction of Margao police station.
The Margao police has registered an FIR against unknown persons under section 137(2) of the BNS and section 8(2) of the Goa Children’s Act.
In his complaint, the father of the victim minor boys told the police that his minor sons have been kidnapped on November 18 by some unidentified persons from his lawful guardianship without his consent.
The Margao police has informed that a FIR stands registered against the unknown persons and the police has started investigation into the complaint.
Incidentally, three minor boys, from Majorda, who had gone missing from their homes earlier this month, were found at Kerala. The police had registered a case of kidnapping after the mother of one of the minor boys had lodged a missing complaint.
