Goa Cong desk in-charge Gundu Rao arrives in State

PANAJI

All India Congress Committee in-charge of Goa desk, Dinesh Gundu Rao arrived in Goa on Friday afternoon. He landed at Goa International Airport where he was welcomed warmly by top leaders of Goa Congress including GPCC president Girish Chodankar and Leader of the Opposition Digambar Kamat.

Rao was appointed as the Indian National Congress in-charge of Goa desk on September 12. This is his first visit to the State in that capacity.

The former Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president has been given the charge of Goa, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
