Goa Tourism stall bags awardPANAJI: Goa Tourism’s pavilion at the Travel and Tourism Fair (TTF) Kolkata bagged the Best Stall Décor Award.
The TTF Kolkata was held from July 8-10, at the Netaji Indoor Stadium where over 315 exhibitors from 9 countries and 26 States and Union Territories participated.
Goa Tourism showcased all its new tourism initiatives, activities, events and facets which included heritage tourism, hinterland tourism, culture and cuisine, wedding tourism, events, etc. The Goa delegation was led by managing director Nikhil Desai and GTDC Board of Directors, Gurudas Shirodkar and Jayant Jadhav. The delegation also consisted of Deepak Narvekar, Fernanda Vales, Prasad Kavlekar and Juliet Rebello.
The award was received by Shirodkar, Jadhav, Deepak Narvekar and Prasad Kavlekar. The award was presented by Sanjeev Agarwal, CEO of Fairfest Media Ltd.
A Goa evening was organized at The Lalit - Kolkata where Nikhil Desai gave a detailed presentation on Goa Tourism’s activities, initiatives and events and upcoming activities. Shirodkar and Jadhav also spoke.
