A Goan car was among the multiple accidents that took place near Ramnagar on the Dharwad-Ramnagar road linking the NH4A highway.
According to sources, many vehicles have been involved in mishaps due to a narrow and tricky turn.
On Thursday, three persons were injured when an Innova car heading from Goa to Hubballi rammed into a tree on the treacherous turn. The injured have been shifted to a hospital in Hubballi.
In another accident, an Ertiga car and a Toyota car heading from Hubballi to Goa were also involved in a mishap. The passengers escaped with minor injuries.
Another Maruti 800 car and a container turned turtle after negotiating the treacherous turn, onlookers said.
