Goods stolen from building site

MAPUSA: Burglars have stolen sanitary ware worth Rs 90,000 from a construction site in Mapusa.

According to the complainant, R Naik, some unknown persons entered his construction site near St Xavier College, Mapusa, sometime between January 14 and 19 and stole sanitary fittings worth Rs 90,000, which were kept there to be fitted later, Mapusa Police said.

An offence has been registered under Section 380 of IPC and Mapusa Police is investigating the case.
