Governor hosts high tea for newly-elected MLAs)

PANAJI

Governor of Goa PS Sreedharan Pillai hosted high tea for all the newly elected Members of Legislative Assembly of Goa at Raj Bhavan, Dona Paula on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion Governor congratulated all the MLAs for their achievements and appealed to work for constructive and progressive democracy. Governor distributed mementos to all the MLAs present on the occasion.

Hosting of high tea for newly-elected MLAs is the first of its kind of function organized by the Raj Bhavan, the Governor informed.

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant introduced the Council of Ministers and MLAs to the Governor.
