In a major boost to the Trinamool Congress, former INC General Secretary of Cumbarjua Block Ambar Amonkar, former BJP General Secretary of Youth Committee Vipul Volvoikar, former INC Executive members Raghuveer Volvoikar, Rahul Despande, and former INC Block Committee member Maya Pralhad Lolayekar, joined the party on Thursday.
In a press release, TMC stated that the induction event was presided over by TMC leaders Samil Volvoikar and Kanta Gaude at Corlim.
TMC wholeheartedly welcomes all the grassroots leaders into the party and is convinced that with their hard work and determination, the party will successfully oust the BJP and usher in a ‘New Dawn’ in Goa, the party said in the release.
