GTDC fetes SSC, HSSC toppers
PANAJI: Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) Staff Welfare Association organized a function on June 30, at Paryatan Bhavan, to felicitate children of GTDC employees who excelled in SSC and HSSC. The Association also felicitated Sanjay Chodnekar, general manager (marketing) who superannuated from service.
The function was presided over by Nilesh Cabral, Chairman of GTDC, Sanjeev C Gauns Dessai, director of Tourism, Nikhil Desai, managing director and others.
Cash awards were presented to the top scorers by Cabral and Desai.
During the function, Sanjay Chodnekar who superannuated with effect from June 30 was also feted Gavin Dias, deputy GM presented a gift to Chodnekar. Deepak Narvekar compered the function, while Laxmikant Vaigankar proposed the vote of thanks.
