The prime targets of these extremists are suspected to be Goa, Delhi and Mumbai.
The inputs were reportedly passed on to security agencies in Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana and Punjab asking them to look out for the car.
It has been learnt that the four persons are heavily armed and are also in possession of a suicide belt.
As per the inputs received by Goa police, a Maruti Swift Dzire car is supposed to have been used by these suspects to travel from the Valley to New Delhi.
These extremists were reportedly holed up in Kulgam or Avantipora on their way to crossing the Banihal tunnel sometime in the night.
