Hubby, wife accused of insult

MAPUSA: Mapusa Police registered an offence against a man and his wife from Revora for allegedly insulting and outraging the modesty of a woman on Thursday.

According to the complainant, the accused husband and his wife, both with common intention insulted the woman with filthy words and caused hurt at about 8 am.

Mapusa Police have registered an offence under Sections 504, 506, 323, 509, 354, 354 (a) r/w 34 of IPC. Further investigation is on.
