Inter-religious prayer meet at Chaudi
CANACONA: An inter-religious prayer meet to be participated by religious personalities of about 10 different faiths will be held at Chaudi on Sunday.
Organized annually by Vividha Institute and Citizens of the World on the second Sunday of December, the 29th all religion prayer meet with the theme: ‘United in God’s Love (Pormeshvorachea Mogan Ami Ek)' will hold a special petition - ‘Lead us from Darkness unto Light.’
According to organising committee chairman Succor Fernandes, priests, maulanas, nuns, brahmacharis from 10 different religions will participate on invitation and will invoke special prayers on world humanism prayer and message, unity world peace, unity in diversity, unity in integrity and humanism world religion, propagating unity, peace, humanism and religion.
It will begin at 3 pm on Sunday, added Fernandes.
