J&K native dies in accident

MAPUSA: A scooterist from Jammu & Kashmir, but residing at Socorro, died in a road accident at Agarwado-Calangute on Sunday.
According to Calangute Police, a vehicle was proceeding from Calangute towards Baga when it knocked down an oncoming scooter (GA-03-K-0811) near Premo Hotel Agarwado, causing injuries to rider Amrit Kumar and pillion rider, Sonu Kumar. The rider Amrit Kumar later died of his injuries.
Police is investigating the case.
