Kaizen Wellness Space is located in the heart of Miramar, where they are dedicated and focused on assisting their clients to transform their overall well-being from the inside-out, offering different formats of holistic workshops and workout classes all under the same roof, allowing them to do just that.
Classes include Reformer Pilates (one of the few places in Goa where Reformer machines can be found!), and a variety of yoga and strength training classes. Professionally curated workshops from sound healing, art therapy, new moon meditations and dance movement can be experienced in the space.
Kaizen’s team is composed of highly trained and qualified facilitators and instructors, leading the way in their fields of expertise. The space itself is very spacious, full of natural light with an earthy, organic aesthetic and high-end uniquely crafted finishings.
The founder, Prerna Khetrapal, is an experienced, self-driven wellness practitioner with a strong passion for empowering and uplifting her clients. Kaizen is her passion project coming from her own understanding and training in yoga, pilates and astrology.
