The 44th tiatr competition (Group A) of Kala Academy will be held from September 10 to October 8. Shows will be held at 7 pm at the Dinanath Mangeshkar Kala Mandir of KA in Panaji.
This year 15 groups are participating in the contest.
A ticket of Rs 50 will be charged for admission to each show and the same will be available at the ticket counter of KA three days before staging of the show. The advance booking timing will be from 9.45 am to 1 pm and 2.30 pm to 6 pm and the regular booking time will be from 10 am to 1 pm and 2.30 pm to 7.15 pm.
Children above three years will be charged full ticket and those below three will be allowed to occupy a seat only after buying a full ticket. Some seats in row A, B, C and D will be
reserved for KA. Seats in Row F and G will be available for sale as season pass three days prior to the commencement of the competition.
Torni Ximm, written by Edmund Vaz and staged by Merxechim Porzolith Kirnam, will be the first show to be staged on September 10.
