Khaunte moves breach of privilege

Porvorim MLA Rohan Khaunte also moved a breach of privilege against the Minister of Panchayats for giving incomplete reply to his question.

“The questions are not being answered properly. I have moved a breach of privilege under rule 76 against the minister for panchayats for giving incomplete reply to my starred LAQ 9A which was to be answered today. Information is not being provided to my questions. Secretary is supposed to provide information from the respective panchayats. Otherwise I will have to ask for suspension of such secretaries”, said Khaunte.
