As directed by the North Goa Principal District & Sessions Judge, the Mapusa JMFC on Thursday recorded the statement of Attorney of the Serula Comunidade Agnelo Lobo in the cheating and land grab case filed by Adv Aires Rodrigues against the former Tourism Minister. Judge Deshpande will now hear the matter on April 10.

Agnelo in his statement while pointing out that he has held various positions in the Serula Comunidade since 1991 stated that he was not conversant or familiar with the Code of Comuindade.
