Sadly, this situation is worsening annually, thus causing grave and irreparable damage to the Earth and its inhabitants.
There will be seminars and workshops conducted by eminent speakers who will present their views on this subject creating awareness about the harm posed to the environment as well as deliberate and identify measures to ensure that future generations inherit a clean and healthy planet.
The event aims to bring about unity in thought and deeds amongst the alumni/ae in the west zone, besides abiding by the JAAI's objective of fostering brotherhood amongst the alumni/ae of all Jesuit institutions in India.
This year, Goa province has been conferred the honour of organising the the Congress that will be attended by delegates who are the alumni/ae of various Jesuit institutions from Gujarat, Mumbai, Pune, Belgavi as well as the hosts Goa. Some of these delegates, who represent the West Zone JAAI committee, will also elect their representatives at the National Congress.
