Mazerello promises free health services
MARGAO: Veteran tiatrist Wilson Mazarello contesting the Assembly elections from Velim has resolved to accord priority to health, education and counselling for Velim villagers.
Asserting that schemes meant nothing if not accessible to the public, Wilson said he would establish the Velim Constituency Counselling Centre to facilitate implementation of the various government schemes and to impart guidance in education and career matters.
He said a help call center will be set up for the old for documentation as well as physical help whenever required. He also spoke about his vision document for Velim Constituency.
“Building bridges, widening roads, etc, is the work of the government by default. What really makes the citizens happy are the basic facilities of free and good health systems for children, youth, women and the aged and also academic facility doubled with job opportunities.
"If you vote for me, power will remain in the hands of the people, unlike before.”
