Mhadei matter listed today deleted from SC board

The petitions related to the challenge of the contentious Mahadayi Water Disputes Tribunal (MWDT) award filed by the three riparian States of the Mhadei river was deleted late Wednesday from the board of matter listed for Thursday in the Supreme Court of India.

The Mhadei matter figured on the board accessible online for the last few days but was deleted on Wednesday evening because apparently the Apex Court will only take up new matters on Thursday, according to Goa’s Advocate General Devidas Pangam.
