Misappropriation plaint filed
Acting on the complaint lodged by one Francisco, Colva police informed that the suspect, one Malappa, resident of Colva, who was employed by the complainant to work for him in renting out motorbikes to customers and was entrusted with the motorbike/scooter belonging to the complainant, took away one motorcycle and cash of Rs 25,000 and dishonestly used the same for his personal use.
Colva police have registered an offence under Section 480 of IPC. Further investigations are in progress.
