Motorcyclist dies in accident

MARGAO: One Adrian Fernandes (20), a resident of Benaulim, was killed in a self-accident involving his motorcycle at Kharbandh-Margao.

According to Margao police, the accident occurred late Thursday night when the motorcycle dashed against a road divider thereby throwing two persons off the bike. Twenty-year-old boy was killed while another one, Joel Fernandes (19), a resident of Benaulim, was seriously injured in the accident. He was moved to GMC, Bambolim where he is undergoing treatment.

Further investigations are in progress.
