Motorcyclist dies in Dicarpale

MARGAO: A motorcyclist was killed in an accident involving a mini bus and a motorcycle reported at Dicarpale.
According to Maina-Curtorim police, the accident occurred at Dicarpale when the mini bus which was proceeding to Margao knocked down the motorcyclist, one Bernard, a resident of Navelim, who was proceeding in the opposite direction.
He was immediately moved to the hospital by 108 ambulance but succumbed to his injuries later, police informed.
Further investigations were in progress.
