Nachinola youth held for scooter theft
MAPUSA: Mapusa Police arrested a 23-year-old youth from Nachinola on charges of stealing a scooter from the entrance of Mapusa Municipal market at Mapusa.
According to Mapusa Police, Nitresh Parab of Morjim complained that between 4 pm and 6 pm on June 18, the accused, Ankush Kauthankar, had stolen his Activa scooter (GA-11-B-1860), which was in an open parking lot at the entrance to municipal market, Mapusa.
Police said the accused was arrested and is investigating the case.
