No-Trust motion at Revora
MAPUSA: Five panchas of the seven-member Revora Panchayat have moved a no-confidence motion against Deputy Sarpanch Shanti Mayenkar on Tuesday.
In the application, the members - Satish Harmalkar, Arjun Kauthankar, Vallabh Fadte, Sadanand Bagkar and Janhavi Mandrekar, said the deputy sarpanch had refused to take members into confidence pertaining to development works and panchayat-related affairs.
They also accused the deputy sarpanch of bypassing the members on several occasions.
