No-trust move at Verla-Canca
MAPUSA: Four panchas moved a no-confidence motion against Verla-Canca Sarpanch Milton Marques on Monday.
The four signatories to the no-confidence motion are Deepali Bicholkar, Amita Korgaonkar, Mohan Dabhale and Ashok Bhaikar. The motion notice was submitted to the Mapusa BDO.
The panchas claimed that the sarpanch was encouraging illegal matters in the panchayat area and was not taking them into confidence in panchayat affairs.
